  • Full D&C electrical subcontract — in-house design, Energex submissions, Form 12 and Form 15 certification

  • Apartment distribution boards and sub-mains for 259 apartments
  • EV charging infrastructure — dedicated EV DB, bulk metering, load management, fire alarm shunt-trip
  • Emergency lighting (AS2293) throughout all common areas
  • Structured cabling — Cat 5e/6 and fibre optic backbone
  • Dahua IP CCTV and intercom systems
  • Inner Ranger Concept Inception access control
  • As-built drawings and O&M manuals delivered April 2026
