PLE maintains a formal Safety, Environmental & Quality Management Plan (document reference CIV-FM-012, current Revision 7). Every project begins with preparation of project-specific Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for all high-risk construction work as defined under the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011.
Field Team Qualifications
- Queensland construction industry inductions (white card)
- Current Queensland electrical licences
- First aid certification
- Site-specific inductions for each project
Quality and Certification
- Form 12 Electrical Safety Certificate — issued at project completion on every installation
- Form 15 Electrical Safety Certificate — issued for electrical design on all D&C subcontracts
- AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules compliance on all installations
- AS2293 Emergency Lighting compliance and certification
- RCD testing records and inspection documentation
- As-built drawings, O&M manuals, and maintenance schedules at handover
